Cause and Control of the Main Risks for Financial Derivatives

With the development of economy, risks financial derivatives derived from traditional products have gradually become apparent. Based on published papers, this paper analyzed three main derivatives, namely credit risk, liquidity risk and market to seek ways avoid them. According research findings, countermeasures including improving transparency markets, establishing internal management systems, strengthening monitoring developing human resources can be used a certain extent. However, finding effective is still long-term difficult task in front general economic workers.
